MODULAR DESIGN
The modularity of the compartment storage dimensions, and the safety ensured by the insulation of the garments fulfil the desired management criteria.
The central structure has been significantly evolved, making it versatile and capable of adapting to any context, with a choice of five different configurations in a wide range. MAIN’s know-how played a decisive role. Different production technologies have been skilfully blended to grant the necessary functionality to each component, with the outer door adjustable to different opening levels.
With this design solution, various functional components are elevated to design elements with a clear and distinctive character. Clean lines recall the cornerstones of hygiene and safety that are intended to be safeguarded.
The final user is first involved by the simple, neat and organised design, then by the streamlined and intuitive logic of use.
HUMAN-CENTRED DESIGN
MAIN’s approach to design has the operator always at the centre of the project. This has led to the simplification and reduction of the number of actions required at the garment pick-up/deposit stage.
The intuitive dialogue screen and the illumination of a led on the side of the doors allow the user to select and uniquely identify the compartment containing the target garment.
The selected garment is delivered by the rotating internal structure and picked up by the operator through the controlled opening of an automatic door, ensuring precise and exclusive access to its contents.
The traceability of the life of each garment allows the operator to plan its replacement and optimise storage, thanks to the variability of compartment size.
GREEN DESIGN
The White C Evo sets a new standard for the ecological design of uniform dispensing systems by using recycled industrial plastic and a customisable design that reduces waste. This offers the possibility of replacing only body parts, rather than the entire machine. The resulting reduction in maintenance costs and environmental impact make it a sustainable, long-term machine.
